I love this Pilates ring . Perfect size , has its own carry bag , and a handy wall chart . The diagrams make it very easy to use plus I can sit in my chair and do thigh and arm exercises . As I’ve said it’s great value for money , sturdy and a great colour ! Highly recommended .
