Great replacement for the R3 eyecup
After losing my eyecup on vacation (worst time to have that happen), I told myself when I got back home I'd get a new eyecup. The Canon OEM eyecups can be hard to find and expensive, so I found this one and took a chance. So far, I love it... I've used my R3 extensively at several airshows over the last month and have found this eyecup to be BETTER than the OEM one. I feels more secure, like it's not going to easily come off like the OEM one. I ended up buying two of them, just in case!

Fits R3 perfectly
Fits the camera pefectly.w.Now we have to see if it' splits and disintegrates like the Canon brand. Hopefully not

Better and less expensive than the Canon R3 eye cup!
Canon made a great camera with the R3, but why they cheap out on some of the less expensive components will always be a mystery. The eye cup provided with the camera tore easily and other users report losing it. They are charging 20 bucks for a replacement of the same quality, so I was waiting for some OEM vendor to come along with a better and less expensive replacement, and THIS IS IT! I bought one for the camera which had a torn eye cup, and as soon as I realized that this was a better product I ordered one for my second R3.

Locks on
It locks on and won't come off as easy as Canons did. Canon R3

The eyecup the r3 should have had!
It's amazing what a difference this little thing makes vs the soft flimsy pos canon put on the r3. This eyecup is so much better than the stock one.
