Bought as a replacement for a teapot that I found annoying as it poured too slow. As a regular Joe Bloggs sort of guy I like to pour myself a cuppa when the ref has blown for a free kick in the hope that the delay affords me enough time before the action restarts. My old teapot poured so slow that I invariably missed the free kick. This one pours so much quicker I have my feet up before they've decided who is going to take it! Also, it doesn't drip, keeps the tea hot well and I find the colour very nostalgic. I have a larger than average mug and it comfortably holds three cups so would easily do four normal mugs. Recommended.

Quite round and traditional teapot. Can't say how delighted I am with this product. Really love teapots and have had a selection in the past. Last one was an Emma Bridgewater (around £50) that poured really badly. This one pours really well, does 6 cups (4 big mugs), makes a great cup of tea and is a lovely colour. Pops in the dishwasher. Really good value. Surprised at the excellent value.

It's a very nice teapot, solid, nice lines, nicely boxed...but without the advertised strainer. Sigh.

I really liked the design of this teapot and the color. But there are some minor drawbacks due to the fact that it is ceramic, the weight is a little heavy and the lid does not fit tightly. You also need to hold the lid so that it does not fall while pouring tea, but it is very hot.

Looks good - but its poor design results in the top opening being disappointingly small for filling it with boiling hot water out of a kettle.

This teapot is lovely. It is very difficult these days to find one that has a built in strainer like this one. I pours extremely well and fast. Gorgeous colour too!

This is a fantastic teapot - makes enough for four full mugs of tea and pours like a dream. Sorry, Brown Betty, but I've found a new teapot and her name is London Pottery.

This is a beautiful well made teapot but the handle is hard to grip when full. I have added an adhesive grip pad to the handle.

Ma précédente théière de cette marque qui s'est fendue après 10 ans de bons services avait été livrée avec un filtre en inox et était parfaite ! celle ci n'a pas de filtre et la "passoire" promise est juste quelques trous à la base du bec verseur , plus gênants qu'autre chose et l'ouverture de la théière est si étroite que le filtre de mon autre théière ne peut pas être utilisé ! de plus le couvercle est mal calibré et difficile à ajuster sur la théière ! c'est de la camelote de bazar, pas la qualité anglaise et je me demande si l'inscription en dessous "designed in Britain" ne signifierait pas que ce n'est pas " MADE in Britain" mais en Chine ?????

I was looking for a replacement for my le Creuset which dribbles horribly. This one is pretty and seems like good quality. However, when they say strainer, they mean large holes in the spout that might block a tea bag but not tea leaves. And unfortunately because the lid opening is not circular, even if you wanted to buy a standard basket tea strainer it wouldn't fit.

This is a lovely teapot. Despite being made in China, it is a good design. I had one previously and was replacing it. Sadly there was no packing material in the box and it stood no chance of making it to me in one piece. RIP new teapot…

Ich habe eine Teekanne mit 1,5 l Fassungsvermögen gesucht und diese hübsche Kanne gefunden, sie ist von meinen Bekannten bereits sehr gelobt worden und sie kam trotz Auslandlieferung sehr schnell und "heile" an. Ein Lob für die "pottery"

Genau die richtige Größe für 4-6 Tassen Tee (je nach Teetasse). Es ist zwar kein Metallsieb vorhanden, nur das eingebaut "Sieb", aber für mich passt es. Schöne Verarbeitung
