Did the job for temporary transport at a reasonable price.Fits the canoe and kayak bottom perfectly.

I bought these for my Inuit 12.5 which is 26" wide. I don't use these for a car roof rack I use them either strapped to the kayak in the back of my truck bed or just sitting on the garage floor when the kayak is not in the wall rack. I use a pair of 8' x1" lashing straps that I got at my local big box home store to secure these to the kayak when they are in the back of the truck. The price is good and they fit the kayak perfectly although I would have liked them to be just a little wider but no complaints here they work great..

It was not a kit. All I received was 2 blocks, no straps. What the heck am I supposed to do without the rest of it???

I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The top of my car has what I call a "shark fin" radio unit. So I had to make sure my kayak was above the fin. These fit well onto my aftermarket roof rack cross bars. Raised the kayak just high enough over and in general did really well. I took them off after I moved the Kayak and the look to be made of a foam that will last. Overall great buy.

This foam is not shaped as shown. The picture perspective is misleading. Not suitable for a skinny kayak.
