Love it
Best olive oil I’ve ever tasted. It is on stronger side, but that is what I was looking for.

Extraordinario.
Uno de los mejores aceites de Olivo que he probado. Este en particular me recuerda al famoso aceite G. SENSAT que era único. No es económico pero vale la pena lo que cuesta.

Good olive oil
Great quality olive oil but very pricey!!! You can get a very similar quality for a much better price. Overall great product but I wouldn’t buy it again just because I could get another olive oil of the same quality for much less!!$$$

Nothing tops this
Since I was younger I was used to Hnos Sensat oil, then it dissapeared, now with Miceli this is the read deal again. This is simply the best oil out there and Uciuri doesn't fall far behind. I buy less now due to price increases but I buy.

Great Drinking Oil!
This is a great drinking oil. I usually take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily. It's got a strong grassy taste. Slightly spicy, which is usually a good sign. Very tasty.

Excellent presentation, but not great flavor to me
First, the positives: This is a very elegant olive oil in terms of packaging. It comes in a classy box with an insert that both explains the flavor profiles of their three types of olive oil AND shows all of the awards each oil has won. The type I picked (U’Cuiri/Medium) has won 15 awards. It’s clear that the producers, Miceli & Sensat, are passionate about bringing high-quality, organic olive oil into the world. The bottle that the olive oil is in is the darkest bottle I’ve ever seen for any kind of cooking oil; they are serious about keeping the light out to protect the oil. With all of this in mind, I was extremely excited to try the olive oil. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I poured a little bit of it into a glass, while in another glass I poured our usual olive oil from Costco (see pics). I wanted to see what the differences were. Visually, there wasn’t much difference at all, but I was not too surprised. Then, I smelled them. I have to say that the U’Cuiri oil did not have an appetizing smell. It was actually a little off-putting to my husband. But, some things that don’t smell great can be delicious. Next, I took a sip. I got three distinct layers of flavor that hit the back of my mouth in relatively quick succession. First, grass. Second, bitterness. Third, an arugula-like spiciness that made me cough. Once all of that was gone, the lingering aftertaste was soapiness. It was not pleasant. My husband had a similar reaction to it. I cannot claim to be an olive oil connoisseur, but I do know what flavors I like, and this was not one of them. I’m not sure what you could pair this with that would balance and/or compliment it. I’d be afraid to use it in dressing or as a finishing oil in a dish for fear that it would ruin the dish. Sadly, I will probably use this in small amounts in cooking which means it will get heated and probably negate any of its antioxidant properties and will almost certainly NOT be how Miceli & Sensat intended it to be consumed.
