My hubby just bought me a 3 months old Micro teacup Yorkie last week. I purchased this tiny cutesy shirts for my new furbaby and I thought size XXS will fit the pup just fine. It turned out it is a little bit loose and big. So I am planning on buying the size XXXS next time. Same as the diapers that I’ve purchased size XXS, loose for a Micro teacup Yorkie. I think size XXXS would be fine!
