I love these for my 4 year old daughter's long hair. They are a great size for a single ponytail or the ends of two braids. They hold her hair in place and do not fall out with activity, but they are also easy to remove without pulling her hair. I can usually just slide them off without unwrapping each loop. Previously, I was using the same silicone bands I use in my own hair, but those tended to get a strand or two of hair wrapped around them and she always screamed when I tried to get them out. Plus, these are so cheap and come in such a large package that we can practically treat them as disposable.
