Q: Does pee soak through to the outside of the pants making the outside and bedding able to get peed on still? Other pants I have tried let pee through.

We have found that the waistband is where the leak occurs, not necessarily soaking through the pants. We've tried these and the "skirt" versions and the pants definitely work better. But, we still have bed leaks weekly. AND we are using these OVER pull ups / overnight diapers. When washing, we wash them inside out, but then you have to run them through the dryer or hang dry a second time to flip right side out.

Q: What is meant by, boneless seam? And line flat to dry?

Line flat to dry basically means don't put them in the electric dryer, let them air dry, either on a laundry line or I would hang them inside out on a pants hanger with the clips.
