I asked for this mat as a birthday present hoping it would do what it advertised. I could not have been more surprised at how good I felt after the first night. For at least 6 months I had neck and shoulder pain. Couldn’t go to the chiro as I have cervical stenosis. After the first night my neck and shoulder pain were gone!! And I mean gone!! I have such faith in the product that I bought one for each of my daughters and my boyfriend. I’m sure I’ve driven my coworkers mad touting the benefits of this amazing mat. I’m sleeping better and feel great! The only thing I wish is that I had known about this grounding mat earlier.The set up couldn’t be easier. Put it on the bed, it has elastic to hole it to the mattress, and plug it in to the ground at the receptacle. It works best on top of the sheet but I started out with it under the sheet.I definitely recommend it for anyone who has inflammation and pain. It has a bunch of benefits but I can’t name them all. Just try it.

Great product!!! I have been using grounding pads for a little over a year now. I decided to to try this larger pad out and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and how well it helped me ground.My wife and I started grounding when she started having MS symptoms and the Drs we visited were of no real help. Since grounding and cutting out processed foods she hasn’t had any more episodes.For people new to grounding what you will notice is that you will sleep better and if you wake up in the middle of the night it will be much easier to fall back asleep. You will also notice better circulation ex. If your arm goes numb because you slept on it wrong if you touch the pad blood will flow back within seconds. Guys will notice morning wood( unless there is a medical condition. Just remember this pad goes over your bed cover not under it so that you can have the most contact with it. Anyway I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this and was initially skeptical, but going on 3 months now it’s definitely been a game changer. I sleep deeper and through the night. Noticeable aches and pains are gone for the most part. It’s definitely worth a shot.

This is a good help for me. While it doesn’t perform miracles, it has helped my aching body to relax, sleep, and feel better when I wake up. I recommend it.

Great mat, perfect for the end of the bed. You don't notice it is there, stays in place, buttery soft. Great sleep! My testing tool didn't work and customer service rushed a replacement to me asap, couldn't have been better.

Picture is deceiving.Does not cover anywhere as much as the picture shows.You really don’t want to sleep on top of that type of material; Looks like plastic and feels like plastic.The price does not reflect the quality of the product(too expensive for what it is).It does get grounded though.
