The dried leaves have a fresh aroma to them. The tea comes in a resealable bag. Has a two-year expiration date. I steep (about 5-7 minutes) a tablespoon of dried leaves for a cup of hot water. It has a slightly sweet tangy taste on its own but I do like to add some honey to it. I like this tea because it is good for boosting the immune system, supporting skin health, lowering blood pressure, etc. This tea contains both leaves and berries that are harvested in Siberia. Price is decent for 3.53 ounces.

I'm in love with this tea! It has a light and very refreshing taste. I love it cold as a opposed to hot. The color is an amber-like color with an orange tint.

This sea buckthorn tea is something I had never tried before. I drink all varieties of herbal teas and enjoy trying new varieties. This tea comes sealed in a rather large bag which I transferred the contents to an airtight container. The initial aroma is a little strange but the tea has no funky taste. I brew it with an infuser and steep for about 10 minutes. By adding raw honey and some dehydrated lemon wedges, I get just the right taste for me. Seems to be a nice quality tea, with no additives or preservatives.

I have been trying a lot of herbal teas lately, and a lot of them have a general, woody flavor and not much else. This one is different. It has more of a nuanced, fruity flavor that is enhanced by adding sweetener. It is a loose leaf tea, so you have to either deal with a strainer or leafy tea, but it handles a long brew time well without getting bitter if you are the sort of person who sometimes steeps a cup of tea and then forgets about it, and even says you might get a better result with a brew time up to 15 minutes. I like this tea enough that I would drink it for the flavor and not just for the purported health benefits.

I have tried other buckthorn tea and jumped at the chance to order this one as well. There is a good amount of dried leaves in a resealable plastic bag. You will need a tea ball, strainer, or infuser to use the tea since it is not in bags. The tea has a light herbal taste that paired well my Equal Sweetener that I add to all of my teas.

I absolutely love the flavor and the amount you get for what you pay. Great product overall, and great deal. Highly recommend this product.

Soy muy aficionado a probar muchas clases de té, pero esta es la primera vez que tomo el té de espino cerval del mar, que también es conocido como “Hippophae rhamnoides“. Antes de probarlo, me he informado sobre sus propiedades, y son realmente beneficiosas, por su alto contenido en antioxidantes (como vitamina C o E entre otros) y por ser una fuente de ácidos grasos esenciales, además del apoyo al sistema inmunológico y digestivo. Está muy bien empaquetado, en una bolsa de plástico, pero con una parte metalizada para proteger de la humedad, y que una vez abierta, se puede cerrar completamente presionando en el borde superior. En cuanto a su preparación y su aspecto, realmente es similar a otros tés. Viene a granel, con las hojas muy secas, troceadas, pero contiene también algunas pequeñas ramas y bayas. El olor al abrir el paquete me gusta. Es suave y el contenido son 100 gramos, que es bastante contenido ya que las hojas son muy ligeras. Y para prepararlo, la cantidad que vayamos a utilizar depende realmente del gusto personal y si preparamos una sola taza o una tetera. Para una taza suelo utilizar aproximadamente una cuchara sopera, ya que prefiero utilizar bastante cantidad. En cuanto a su sabor, no es muy intenso. Personalmente prefiero prepararlo como el té chino, directamente con agua que ha estado en ebullición, y dejándolo unos minutos (unos 7 u 8 minutos, o realmente hasta que el agua tenga una temperatura que permita tomarla). No utilizo ninguna bolsa o similar, sino que al dejarlo reposar, las hojas quedan en el fondo. La diferencia es que, al preparar otros tipo de té chino, se le puede añadir más agua caliente en varias ocasiones, pero en este caso, al tener un sabor tan suave, quizás es mejor prepararlo y tomarlo, sin añadir luego más agua, ya que quedará demasiado suave y sin las propiedades que tenía en la primera preparación. Y aunque me gusta tomarlo caliente, se indica que se puede tomar también frío. Me gusta su sabor (suave pero refrescante, un poco amaderado) y no añado ningún aditivo. Pero si se prefiere añadir algo de azúcar o miel, también se puede y seguro que tiene un buen sabor. En definitiva, estoy contento con este té, por su sabor y propiedades. Lo seguiré tomando con frecuencia y pienso explorar otras variedades de esta marca, Siberian Green, que no conocía, pero pienso que crea productos de calidad. Muy recomendable y lo valoro con 5 estrellas.

Cette tisane qui est utilisée en médecines traditionnelles chinoise, tibétaine et mongole, apporte de réels bienfaits que l’on trouve en cherchant sur le net . La vitamine C est apportée par les baies, comme il y en a peu, elle se suffira pas pour des besoins journaliers. Les feuilles d'argousier séchées à l'air et au soleil. aident à lutter contre la fatigue, stimulent le système immunitaire. ont des bienfaits pour la digestion. Je l’utilise après le repas du soir, comme un rituel chaud et réconforta et c’est délicieux .Je laisse infuser dans de l’eau frémissante pendant 7 à 10 minutes. Originaire des montagnes de l’Altaï en Sibérie, ces plantes sauvages sont bien séchées et de bonne qualité. Que des bienfaits en somme dont il ne faut pas se priver d’autant que les ingrédients sont naturels sans aucun ajout.
