Works very well for me, it calms down my anxiety quickly after taken. Although the size is bigger than I'd like, but that is a common thing for vitamins...Sometimes when I woke up in the middle of the night, and couldn't fall back to sleep, my anxiety comes out and makes it even harder to fall back asleep, and taken this also help with my sleep.

Works well without side effects. Very good product for calming anxiety without feeling drugged.

It’s a product that’s very effective it has no side effects though tablets could have been a bit smaller smells a bit odd but it can be bypassed.

I've always liked Nature's Bounty, they have quality and at a great price! Ingredients and dosage are comparable to more expensive brands. This does help me sleep better, but is not a sleep aid. It also helps with stress levels or giving a calming effect.

I did not realize that drowsiness is a possible side effect since so many reviews say there are no side effects, but it is in fact written on the bottle. For me, this could be an effective nighttime tool for reducing anxiety. However, it makes me feel sedated to the point that I don't see it as a viable option for reducing stress/anxiety during the day. I'm not sure if it makes me less stressed/anxious, or if it just makes me too tired to care. Will not continue using this.
