YONEX POLYTOUR FIRE Tennis String Red

My #1 go to line of string is the Poly Tour Fire. Its super slippery which provides an ultra fast snap back creating massive spin. It does this while maintaining amazing resilience in tension. This is one of the recommended strings for the VCore line up of Racquets and plays equally well at all tension ranges. I have tested this on my VCore DuelG 97 from 55# to 65# full bed and even with 10# differences, I still massive spin and tension maintenance on the 1.30mm size after 10 hours of play. I am a very hard hitter and a felt ripper, and at 65# of tension and 10 hours of ball machine use, I have yet to break a single string.

Strings hold up well!

The coating on this string is visibly shiny and slick to the touch and so I used it in the crosses in a hybrid setup with Wilson Revolve string and this is the best combo I have used to date. I strung the mains at 60 pounds and the crosses at 57. I was looking for a low power setup that would reign my forehand in and allow me to swing full out and not hit the ball off of the back fence and this setup did that. I look for my stock rally ball to feel like I am swinging at 60% and I want to see it land at the service line as this will give me the ability to add or take off power accordingly to try and set up angles.This combo spins nicely and forces me to swing the racket assertively on my serves which is exactly what I want also as I hate feeling like I need to be tentative to keep the ball in. Fantastic string that didn't make my arm hurt and did exactly what I needed it to do which is reduce the power of my forehand to allow me to swing out! For reference this setup was used in a Wilson RF97 racket.
