Good choice

I am extremely disappointed! The TV arrived damaged and was not working at all. I scheduled a return twice, but no one came to collect the defective product. It seems to be a common issue with this provider. Now I have to deal with this inconvenience and wait for a refund since a replacement is not an option for the customers.

Stopped working after a few uses - now have been waiting for weeks for a replacement part under warranty. Avoid!

It was very easy to connect and to install all the regulars apps, Netflix, Prime, Tubi, etc. The size was excellent , the picture quality is great , and the sound is fantastic . I really like the sound in this one . I was expecting the image quality to be excellent, and it is , but the sounds is really good too , that was such a nice surprise . Not sure about the price , but I wanted a good quality tv , with good sound, so I didn’t want a 200 $ tv that I will need to connect some sound bars later on . Google tv is fine , is a nice free extra , but Google can do better if they want .

Handle with tender loving care. Screen seems fragile... Great picture quality without worrys that come with OLED and QLED designs. Just a solid LED tv that won't slowly degrade over time. A good long term investment.

Excellent clear picture! This TV replaced our Sony Bravia 55 inch that was 14 years old(still working). Once the set up was complete we had a fading on and off white light on the TV before and after shutdown. I unplug the TV from the wall for a minute and pugged it back in and now the light is gone and TV is working great. This was very easy to setup and very user friendly TV. All our TV are Sony and last a long time. I highly recommend this TV.
