The product is as described with deep embossed roses and accents - however, it's only a little short or ten feet long, not enough to do some serious molding work around the room, a bit costly IMO - however, for small jobs, it can be quite beautiful when properly applied. The flexibility may be very good for round objects, but for straight lines, it may need extra work to apply properly. It would be wise to use border wood to align this product for straight line applications.

Very good. Was in a roll and was able to make flat. I used this on a wall as a guard to protect the wall from chairs scraping it. I used 10 pound indoor/outdoor double sided tape so i would not make holes. 10 pounds is a little over kill but it cost the same as the 5 pound and was almkst the same thickness. Overall very happy. Would buy again was exactly what i needed.

I have 3 plain flat edgeless mirrors in my home that really could use a little personality. I ordered self adhesive border from Amazon which I used to create a frame around the edge of the mirror, and will use this rose architectural trim across the top and the bottom of this mirror. Great way to improve a plain mirror for not much money.
