I really liked the garlic and beef ones... The bbq and hot sauces is a good throw in!!

Hard, almost inedible, casing which had to remove. Not the flavor I was looking for - a sweet to semi-sweet sausage. Just too dense for a dinner sausage.

Biggers BBQ
James Biggers originally owned the recipe for the beef sausage and it was Biggers BBQ not Meyers. He passed away in 1994. Later his restaurant was sold to Meyers and recipe too I suppose. Still good suasage but the real history and credit goes to James Biggers. Meyers does offer good products
