Q: how warm/cool are the lights in Kelvin?

The bulbs are sold separately so you have the choice of purchasing LED or halogen. The only pre-requisite are the bulbs are GU10 and each one doesn't exceed 50W

Q: Is this just for one holder or a pack of how many?

Pack of 1 They are cheap enough as it is !!!

Q: Can I use this light for illuminating the inside of a glass display kitchen cabinet?

No. It's too hot when active and I imagine it would be too big to fit in a glass cabinet.

Q: Can i use these outside for entrance to garden outhouse?

If you run them with 12v bulbs and transformer
