I didn't find it to have any one distinct flavor. Overall it has a Great flavor to be added to any meat. I have always used garlic salt ( you know which G.S. I'm talking about "L". From now on this is the seasoning I will be using. Two thumbs up.

This comes across as more of a bacon seasoning when you cook it into meat- the blue cheese seems to fade but still really good! I will note that you need to use a little more than you expect to get the flavor to survive the cooking process. Once I got the hang of how to use it I really enjoy it! It's amazing in hamburger meat!

This spice is everything I've been looking for oh my God and I have a cupboard full it's delicious you have to try it

Poor packaging by the manufacture, the jars are allowed to bounce around in the box. Three out of four lids are dented and I don’t think they will seal once I open the inner seal.
