These taste great, the texture is not gritty, and they were reasonably priced. I was looking for a good source of omega-3 to help my joint stiffness, that did not include fish oil, and these were recommended to me by my sister who takes them consistently, with good results. They aren’t too big or too sweet, which I appreciate. Soft and easy to chew. I’ve only been taking them for a week but I am hopeful that they will be beneficial to my health, improving my joint stiffness, complexion, and the brain fog that has creeped in now that I am approaching 50. I will update in a month, and hope to say that they continue to work well!

What amazingly easy and tasty way to get omega-3s more readily available for kids to heat. I have ordered these several times and they seem to be working great.

They don't taste bad...but I wouldnt say they are delicious. There is a very slight hint of fish when you unscrew the cap and when you bite into the gummy. They are easy to take. However, I think I'll probably stick with the gel capsule because these are way overpriced.

How did you do it? The flavor is amazing! I tried many other vegan DHA /EPA products. One made me shiver with the grossness of the seaweed flavor. This is making it bare able to digest. I can’t swallow pills so this is the best.

I couldn't get my husband to take any other form of supplement - no pills, capsules, even sprays. But he's on a vegan diet. Finally we tried these. He eats them daily (as long as I set them out for him). And his skin is softer. I'm super happy I found these! :)
