What is the length when I receive the hose? The box is small, and I can't believe it's the right length I ordered!

Being able to expand to 3 times its original length is a unique feature of this hose. The original lengths of 5m/7.5m/10m will expand to 15m/22m/30m respectively. Please refer to the instructions to ensure correct operation.

Can I use this hose on a hose reel?

When the water is drained out, the hose will return to its normal size, then store the hose in a bucket. A Hose Reel is not suitable since pulling the hose from the reel might damage the inner latex tube.

Missing 1/2" or 3/4" parts?

1/2" and 3/4" tap adapters are connected together and attached to one end of the hose. Or in a bag with the instructions.

How to store expandable hose during winter?

Please complete drain all water from the hose, seal in plastic bag and store in warm place like basement. After winter, attach it to faucet then slowly allow water flow, allow hose to expand gradually to avoid damage by high pressure flow.
