Love having the C and usb ports for my desk. Keep in mind these grommets keep cords on your desk vs under your desk if you have a surge protector. I personally like the cleaner look of feeding them through the hole and plugging under. I'll probably remove these and go back to covers.

I got this yesterday for my couch. The couch came with every feature but USB ports. When it arrived I went straight to work. I got out my 3 1/8” hole saw aka 80mm, and drilled the hole, cleaned up my mess and dropped in the unit. A few quick turns of the attached nut on the underside and it was ready to plug in. Installed it in under 5 minutes. I immediately plugged my iPhone into the usb-c port and charging began. My phone charged quickly and stayed full all night. I did not try the normal usb ports yet but the 110AC ones worked also. Overall well worth it so far. I thought it was odd that the AC plugs were backward from each other until someone else mentioned larger plug devices and then it all made sense. Update: I’m having to downgrade this by one star. The USB-C port seems a little fragile. I’m already having to wiggle it a little to get it to start supplying power to my charger (iPhone MagSafe). Reseating the plug usually fixes the problem but I know it’s probably just a matter of time before that no longer works. Other than that the rest of the ports are working as they should.

Well made .i installed on a new counter top for desk use. No problem with any electrical connections. Would buy again!

Works great! We made a table for behind our sofa and wanted accessible plugs so we put this in. Charges phones, laptops and everything else!
