This mix is literally half to a third the price of better-known competitors, yet the ingredients are nearly identical. It contains essential electrolytes like sodium and potassium, along with key vitamins, all without any sugar or calories. It is vegan, keto, and paleo-friendly, making it a great fit for a variety of lifestyles. The taste is genuinely great in my opinion, especially considering the price. I’ve gone through nine boxes and am about to order my tenth. When you use a product like this daily—as I do for workouts and outdoor labor in the Texas heat—it really matters that it tastes good and doesn’t break the bank. Some premium brands might offer a marginally better flavor, but it’s not even close to worth double or triple the price tag. This is a good product. I wish it had magnesium malate though. The taste isn't at bad as it could be, I've had some nasty electrolytes. They used natural flavors, which means the watermelon tastes a bit green, but still isn't a bad taste. Great price, means I can have 2 a day. Which seems to keep my muscle cramps/spasms in check. The malate works better, but is 3 times the price. Yay for Hashimoto's always making this more complicated.

Bought and added to 160z of water , like the taste but found it to salty. Then added to 320z of wster and ice, totally amazing , Grapefruit and strawberry and kiwi my favorite flavors, now can add to 160z no probs and the price is amazing !!!
