XLS-Medical Fat Binder One Month Supply Weight Loss Aid Tablets

I was struggling to loose weight for months until I tried XLS medical. Can honestly say this was the only thing that got the ball rolling for my weight loss and I am increasingly loosing weight at a steady pace.I’ve not had any adverse effects from taking the tablets. Highly recommend!

I've given these a 1 star because I can't rate it zero !!!These are nothing like 'fat binder' tablets I have used in the past.They do absolutely nothing. I am so angry that I wasted so much money that I could have out to better use.I have been counting calories & have been exercising more than usual . I have my calories down to a minus figure every day & should be losing a minimum of two pounds a week.Last week I PUT ONE POUND ON!!It says in the leaflet you may get constipated. That makes no sense at all. If the agents in the tablets are binding themselves around the fat and oil to prevent it being absorbed ,then you should be passing an oily substance out of your body not getting constipated.Without going into to much detail , the tablets I used before had me literally running to the loo on occasions as the un absorbed oil could actually leak out sometimes which was a bit of an embarrassment lol. I thought being at home in lockdown was an ideal time to try fat binders again but these do not do what they say. Please don't waste your money

Except when taking certain medication, I was slim throughout my adult life, until I got around the age of 40 and began to struggle with my weight. Losing about a stone and a half, even 7- 8 pounds would be great but I think that the way to lose weight depends on the reason why you are overweight in the first place. I have exercised almost every day for the past 10 days or so while taking this for that time. I have not lost weight and instead I decided that I need to look for something else.On the plus side, the product arrived super fast and I appreciate that it is clean, natural and people have not reported side effects much. I see that it works for some people. I did not experience constipation, in fact, found it helpful for my digestion and did get the sense that fat was being expelled. It seems like I have more energy for taking them.However, I did not notice any change. Since I do not really eat much fat, sugar, or carbs, perhaps it didn't have much to bind or absorb. My conclusion is my weight challenge is caused by other things: a change in hormones or metabolism, perhaps, so I am going to try a thermogenic supplement and HIIT exercise instead.

Have been dieting for past 5 months and have managed to loose 5 stone. I have used a combination of weight watchers, walking (using a fitbit) and taking these. Firstly these tablets are not a magic bullet. You can not take these then go on a take away binge. But as a part of reduced calorie / increased activity regime they can certainly help. I would have expected to lose 2-3 pounds per week and achieved this. However some weeks I achieved 4 pounds. Virtually impossible to tell if this was down to less calorie/ increased activity or these. But I think its fair to say its likely to be a combination of all 3.I started off by getting the trial pack and I had no side effects at all. Everything normal including the very obvious way the body deposits the fat.I believe your personal results will largely centre around your fat consumption. Eating an ultra low fat diet and you are unlikely to see major benefits.Just boight my last pack as trying then for 3 months. Bit expensive to continue longer as I think gym membership now would be beneficial and is near the price of these. But for anybody needing that little extra boost or want to shift an extra pound on top of your current weight loss regime. Go for it.

I'm really happy with my purchase of the XLS Medical Fat Binder and I am about to purchase another pack.I found it to be a great support for my diet. Over 7 weeks I lost just over a stone and, whilst I'm sure this had a lot to do with the fact that I was (generally!) careful with what I ate, the XLS Medical Fat Binder definitely helped.I really felt like they gave me the edge, gave me more momentum, an advantage. When I had the occasional lapse, I didn't just give up on my diet like I normally would. I knew that 25% of the fat in my drunken kebab had been soaked up by the tablets and so it wasn't such a bad lapse, so I didn't give up.Like many reviewers, I took 1 at breakfast, 2 at lunch and 3 for dinner (instead of 2:2:2 as recommended) because I found my evening meal to be much fattier than lunch whilst my breakfast is virtually fat free.However I disagree with many reviewers saying that you need remember to take them for every meal otherwise the whole day is lost if you miss one set. The tablets work on the meal that you have just eaten, and nothing else. Therefore if you have a banana for breakfast and you don't take your tablets after, don't worry, it was only a banana, and the next set of tablets will work on your lunch once you take them after you have your lunch.As for side effects, I suffered none. In fact, toilet-wise things improved and flatulence reduced. This would have partly been because of the improvement in my diet, but I believe this was also to do with the tablets. That said, side effects will occur in some people, as is the case for any drug or medical device, therefore it is worth checking other reviews (and more importantly the patient information leaflet) for more details on possible side effects.Finally, I found that they made me feel fuller for longer, and curbed cravings I also had more energy, but this would be more to do with the weight loss itself.There are a lot of reviews that say that it didn't work for them. It's worth reading them. There's also quite a few reviews that say it did work them. For me, it worked an absolute treat, so I'm giving it five stars and I am looking forward to losing another stone over the next couple of months.
