Our 6 year old granddaughter has been using these for about 2 weeks. They are on the lowest setting. At first she was unable to squeeze the handles completely. After 6 days she now is able to squeeze them completely. We have her due 10 squeezes with each hand each time she asks to watch TV. She has been using these 3 to 4 times a day. It’s now time to adjust them a little tighter to continue to build her strength.

My girls are both in jiu jitsu and wanted to increase their grip strength. These are perfect! They fit well in their hands (they are both 7), and the color choices make it fun for them as well. Their grip strength has significantly improved over the last 3-4 weeks.
