I'm not a medic. dietician or nutritionalist. But I do like to understand how to maximise the use of these products. No point in taking them if they won't work. Side note: for anyone interested... Taking resveratrol with MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil—or alongside a fatty meal—is generally considered beneficial because resveratrol is fat-soluble.

I’ve been taking this with NMNH (with breakfast containing 5-10g fat for the trans-resveratrol to be absorbed by the body) to activate sirtuins and people have been telling me I look 25 years young - and I’m 49. It’s rewound the biological clock ⏰ and even I can see the difference. Get it, but take it with NMNH for best results ✨

This is brilliant. I have been 60% bald due to cancer and over the last 2 months hair is growing on my head, armpits ( a few) and elsewhere. Haven’t had hair in these places since 2021. I am taking a lot of supplements - Biotin etc but somehow l think this is really special. My one fear is that the price goes up and no one can afford to buy it. I recommend this product.
