The worst - first of all I am an 84 year old woman living alone. I couldn't even open the bottle. After some help I was to attached an attachment to the lid which turned it into a spray. No way could i figure out how to attached it. Call you "chat with us" and after chatting with someone for 15 minutes who didn't know how to do it, he asked another five of your chatters and none of them could tell him how to attach it . Threw it in the garbage!!!! So much for HELP

Was okay
The mouthwash coated my mouth sores better. This one helped a tiny bit but it wasnt consistent and didnt long when it worked. I had 3 mouth sore next to each other so the pain was pretty intense. I recommend the mouth wash.

HEY!! THIS WORKS!!!
I endured horrible, constant burning pain for nearly 2 weeks on the inside of my top right lip. It rubbed my teeth 24/7. I was so desperate I even tried Neosporin Pain ointment (which is not meant for inside mouth & didn't work.) The relief from my first use of this spray was instantaneous. NO PAIN!! I've been using it for 3 days (twice a day) & spot is nearly gone. The spray nozzle is easy to use. I saw in these reviews some poeple had trouble "aiming" it correctly. Simply touch, gently, the sore spot and spray....perfect hit!! Don't think I have any higher praises for it
