This flexible low back support offers adequate support and can be worn lower to also provide support to the sacroiliac joints. The support is not thick and cumbersome like some other back supports and fits under clothes. The soft brace does not restrict movement and is reasonably priced.

I’m a nurse & this has helped SO MUCH with my back pain. It’s lightweight so I can move around & do my thing while also providing support. This product is perfect if you have a small frame. I’m 4’11, 115lbs with a short torso & this fits perfect. It could probably be a little tighter, but so far I’m really enjoying it!

Better quality than expected at this price. It fit perfectly with lots of room to adjust. If you are looking for a lot of support, this is not for you. If you want light support that easily fits under clothes, then this should work.

This brace provides comfortable support for times when my heavy duty back brace is too cumbersome. It can easily be worn under clothes and while sitting. My go to when I need comfortable support. I do find that that stabilizers bend slightly from sitting frequently and then are not as supportive.

Excellent Customer Service... Not contoured for ladies waist. Works OK if you don't have the contoured one or a slim waist.

This item is not a back brace, however, post surgery the hard core back brace that was supplied was way too hard and caused pain. This is a good alternative as it provides light support, can be worn underneath and on top of clothing. It is extremely comfortable. Being a long time back pain sufferer, this is the first brace that I've been able to wear for long periods of time. It also breathes so if you use while exercising or during PT it remains cool and comfortable.

I bought this item about 4 mos. ago. At first, it stayed on well, seemed to have a good velcro base but in the last month or two, it does not stay in place. Comes off very easily. I have contacted the seller and have had no response. I gave it one star as I'm not sure if you can give no stars.

I have been looking for this type of support for my back, for years. I have two back support braces that I bought from Zellers years ago. I couldn’t find a replacement for them, and kept going back to them - they are well worn of course, but I found them irreplaceable. Until now… I finally found this item when I thought to include the word ELASTIC in my search terms… My back is not perfectly straight, I have a mild scoliosis. Those back braces with rigid stays and aggressive double velcro closures just aggravate my situation. This one is perfect. It hugs securely around me, providing support and protection re the micro shocks of any movement. It’s bendy enough to sit in, although I rarely do. I find it so good, I’ve bought a second, in case these are no longer available when the first one shows signs of wearing out. The only thing is, the sizing is off. I have a large and it’s perfect. Ordinarily I would need a medium. So, I’d suggest ordering up. Otherwise, it is an absolutely amazing back support!

This is NOT a back brace. If you only want something of a light compression for your back, it will do - if you actyally want a back brace that helps sciatica, or other type of srioys back pain, it doesn't do a thing.
