HOW TO USE THE PEDOMETER: - Press The Mode button the pedometer resets to "0" -Press Mode again and 0.00 Will show for Miles travelled at starting point. Later on in the day if this is pressed it will display the miles travelled that day. - Press Mode again and 0.00 will be displayed for Calories burned, later in the day pressing this mode will display the number of calories burned. -Press Mode and a time will be displayed, to adjust the time to the correct time Hold down the Set button and the Hour will start flashing. Use the Mode Button to either move the hour up or down when desired time is reached press Set. The Minutes will Start flashing, again use the Mode button to either go Up or Down when desired minutes are reached press Set and you are ready to go.
