I would recommend this water filter, I love the taste of the water it tastes like the water I grew up on out in the country, back then we didn't put anything in the water, it was just fresh well water. We live out in the country again in a trailer park and they dump a lot of salt in and the water is always brown it affects our clothes, and sinks and when we cook etc.. They claim it is from Iron in it? But this filter gets rid of the iron, and it is nice to be able to cook noodles and not see the brown water. I did find out though if you over fill the top tank you will have a leak, from the top tank to the bottom tank, so you just add as much water as you take out and problem solved. But we have cut way down on having to buy bottled water, and bottled water is really not good for you with the plastic in it, so we can avoid that now too.

This stainless steel 2.25 gallon gravity water filter by FACHIOO does a great job of purifying your water to make it safe to drink and also taste great. The tanks are a very nice quality, heavy duty stainless steel with really substantial ceramic filters. Getting your drinking and cooking water from stainless steel is so much better than using those countertop pitchers made of plastic with the tiny little filters, also encased in plastic.I never understood the logic of filtering out the impurities in your water only to have dangerous chemicals and micro-plastics leach back into your water in those plastic pitchers. In addition, those little filters are so much less effective than the ones in this setup.This is a mid-range priced stainless gravity system. Having said that, the higher price is worth the higher quality stainless tanks, the upgraded ceramic filters and also a really nice sight glass upgrade which allows you to see the current water level at a glance. You typically get what you pay for, but in this case, you get more than what you pay for!This system is perfect for well water, rain water and "city" water alike, just for different reasons. In my opinion, even if you are happy with your city water, everyone should have at least one of these in their house, if for no other reason than for emergencies. We are all potentially moments away from the possibility of our water supply becoming contaminated - either accidentally or intentionally. I was so impressed with this gravity fed water filtration system, it is a must-have for every household. It seems to be equal to if not better than the leading OEM brand. It has been NSF certified and approved, and the multi-stage fine filter is the latest in technology to clean out the most contaminates. Each of these two filters has 3 different stages of filtration, and the two ceramic filters act in the same way that four filters work with the other brands. This stainless steel unit holds 2.25 gallons and has 4 mounting holes for up to four filters. You can use any filters that are designated for a gravity fed water filtration system. However, the advantage of these filters that you get with this system is that they can actually be back flushed, scrubbed, and then reused. The filters remove or reduce 200+ typical contaminates that are found in tap water and raw fresh water, lakes and streams. It had very clear and straightforward directions that were included, along with a very nice stand and water spout. The container/water reservoir is made of 304 stainless steel, which makes it corrosion free, BPA free, and PB Lead free. The genius of this filtration system is that it is gravity fed and doesn't use any electricity. The stainless steel cylinder is scratch resistant and very thick. It is a third of the price of other leading manufacturers. I have several of these gravity fed water systems, and this is the nicest one that I own thus far. I highly recommend it!

I've always wanted one of these! A few years back, a friend of my aunt's had a countertop water filter and I always thought it was so convenient for having a stock of purified water ready to go. Where I live, the pipes are extremely old and I live in a city, so the water is really just disgusting. It tastes awful enough that I will literally never drink it, not even if I boil it first. Naturally, choosing to buy purified water instead of drinking tap water can really add up after awhile. So, I was very pleased to be able to order this water filter.Firstly, straight out of the box, I could tell how high quality this product is. It comes with two ceramic filters (which can be washed and reused), a section for filling up the tap water and a section for storing the purified water. It also comes with a metal stand, which is very nice for elevating it on the counter so you can pour the water with ease.The assembly was very simple and the instructions were mostly readable, with just a few grammatical mistakes here and there. It works well and now I am finally able to drink this dang tap water! No more spending money on water jugs from the department store. I'm very pleased with the purifying power of these ceramic purifiers. So far I have not had any issues. I don't have a water tester to actually test how many impurities this filters, but just from a taste perspective, the water tastes eons cleaner and it's really nice not to have to purify every time I want a glass of water. Fantastic product!

This filter system is an incredible value. It’s basically the same as a Berky system for close to half the price. It even used the same filters. You get great tasting water without all the chemicals added to our water and you ca. taste the difference.

We got this because we been getting dirt and who knows what else in our water. This filters it out and it tastes great. Actually taste better than bottled water. It says its easy to clean but we haven't found that out just yet.
