I bought these for my brother in law. They made him puke and act very different, almost as if he was crazy and going into a manic mode. He was zoning in and out and was unaware of what was happening. We kept trying to see if he was ok and if he had to go to the hospital but he wouldn't respond to any of us he eventually struggled to tell us something wasnt right and he needed to go to the hospital right now. Ashwagandha is not for everyone. The hospital think with him working out and eating these the ashwagandha did not work properly and is not good for teens.
