I love the fact it has a name - eddy the ear cleaner. I Have suffered from ear issues for many years. Have paid a lot of money over the years to have my ears professionally cleaned. I was really surprised about how effective this electronic cleaner worked. Simple instructions to follow adjustable pressures. I was able to see what came out of my ears and it’s strangely satisfying to see. Will save me a fortune for years to come.

I chose ear irrigation as a last resort and other products were often finicky but the eddy seems to be worth the price - it’s comfortable and feels safe (satisfying when you use the higher pressures), and is more than effective at cleaning my ears.The instructions aren’t perfect, but are miles ahead of competitors and it’s good that they provided tips and sachets and everything needed.The quality of product (and even the box) was well thought out and felt nice.I have yet to test the product in the shower but the irrigator can definitely withstand a few drops in the sink.This is an overall well designed device, so thank you Auracle! It would be nice to know where I could find extra sachets, and if they’re available at a good price).

Quality product, lots of spare/extra tips. 4 pressure settings. If u have years of age old buildup (like me)it will take lots of goes before u see improvements. Even using oil to siften, it takes time, but persevere.

it works fine. Seems to remove wax from my father in law ear. He normally struggles with it, and it affects his hearing. He used to go somewhere to pay, but with this device he already saved in one of those visits. So, after a while, he would have saved some money. So, recommended.

The plastic container broke and leaks.I have tried 3 times to contact customer service but never respond so I can not use the device - great product but awful customer service

First run on "normal" pressure released an incredible amount of wax. Persistent sufferer of blocked ears very happy. Hearing restored on the first run. Highly recommended.

Didn't touch the wax now waiting for appointment to have them done professionally complete waste of money how there where such good reviews is beyond me all though I have very small ear canals .

As I am prone to having hearing loss due to wax in my ears and having to go to an opticians to have it removed I thought I would give this device a try. Upon opening the box this device appears to be well built. The instructions were good and I found it comfortable to use and I first used it on its first setting. It did remove a bit of wax so I will continue this on a regular basis. If as I expect this improves my hearing with no more visits to the opticians I will consider this good value for money.
