Easy to assemble. Fits the arm like a glove does not slide the compartment is a great idea. Phone bolder a bit narrow with a case.

Doesn't work well on a curved arm....like the box underneath..keeps all my bits handy.

I've been after an armchair tray for ages. This one is a wee bit bulky but has the added advantage of being a box. It is well made and easy to put together - four legs are held together with an adjustable metal plate with strong velcro to hold the box. You get a screwdriver but unfortunately it only fits the large screw that secures the phone holder. You will need a smaller Philips to fit the legs.In practise, it works well. My armchair has odd curving arms that are quite short, and the cup holders are no good for my mug. Because the box tray is quite large, it doesn't work on the "arms". As the legs are adjustable I have managed to secure it in a better position (it sits over the cup holder) and this works really well. I don't think I'll risk a mug of tea on it, but it is very useful for "all my bits of rubbish" I never have space for. The phone holder is too slippery for my phone, but it could be adapted if necessary.For £21.99 (at the time of review), it's a functional piece but the screwdriver sizing let's it down slightly.

Coming boxed with a screw driver so all the tools you need are included this is the best version of an arm tray i've used.Made from nice strong compressed bamboo its a smooth finish that is also good and heavy. Instead of the awful slidey spring clamp style of others this uses 2 sliding bars that can be locked with a screw driver or left loose depending on your preference.It takes literally 2-5 minutes to assemble and once done you have a nice solid tray that wont move an inch with enough internal spacing for remotes and other front room bits and bobs.Theres a phone mount as standard but the rotating top really smashes this home as it can also make the arm a more forward facing tray meaning for laptops or even eating is just another level above the norm.

We’ve used this sofa table constantly since we got it. It was easy to put together, and easy to fit on the sofa arm - it’s adjustable for the width of the arm.It’s nice and stable, and I really like that you can store things like the remote controls for the tv in it - as long as you remember where they are! The holder for your phone is a nice addition too.Very useful.
