Good if you can’t take tablets
Love these , nice flavor and great if you can’t tolerate tablets just melts in the mouth

Decent in themselves but far too strong
Vitamin B12 is an important vitamin and so if you have a diet that is low in B12 (such as many vegetarian diets) it is a useful supplement. For those over 14 years old the recommended daily allowance (RDA) is 2.4 micrograms. The suggested dose for this supplement, being 2 tablets, is almost 1000 times greater than the RDA. This makes little sense, as excess of this water-soluble vitamin will just become expensive urine. If you have the capacity to split the tablets, then halving them and taking 1 half per day is still 250 times the RDA and means the supplement will last 4 times longer in comparison to the recommended usage.Apart from all of this, they are super-easy to take as they have a pleasant taste and are nice to eat, rather than having to swallow them whole, which some people find tricky. They're well packed and have a good shelf life.So, I'd recommend these if you can cut tablets, as then they'd be very competitively priced.

However, the chalky, fruity flavour wasn't very appealing to me, and I found it hard to enjoy taking them regularly. The fact that they're sugar-free and vegan is a big plus, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary needs. Despite the taste, they seem effective, and the bottle contains 180 tablets, providing good value for money. Overall, they're decent but not the most enjoyable supplement I've tried.
