Yes I like my bendy ring, just the job for rebuilding flab into muscle, at youre own pace, also pushing it together to tone up chest/abdominal muscles, wellworth the money, and is well made, I would recommend this training ring.

LA MEDIDA ES ADECUADA Y EL ACOLCHADO ES COMODO
Este anillo de pilates en general me ha gustado. De tamaño está bien y tiene la suficiente resistencia para poder trabajar bien los músculos de las piernas y brazos. Con este tipo de resistencia se consiguen mejores resultados y una intensificación del ejercicio.Sabiendo los tipos de ejercicios y cómo se tienen que hacer, se puede llegar a conseguir muy buen trabajo muscular de equilibrio y de fortaleza. La verdad es que hay ejercicios para casi todas las partes del cuerpo ( suelo pélvico, piernas, brazos, abdomen....)En los laterales lleva un acolchado de espuma y es bastante cómodo de apretar.Me ha gustado, LA MEDIDA ES ADECUADA Y EL ACOLCHADO ES COMODO.Espero que esta reseña haya resultado Útil 👍

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Bellissimo prodotto, resistente e affidabile ma leggero, ottimo per pilates, yoga, ginnastica correttiva e simili ed anche solo come aiuto graduale per lo stretching.Finora non ho motivi per lamentarmi e dunque consiglio questo prodotto, dato anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
