I recently bought the Aerosync PB11. It has quickly become an essential accessory for my daily routine. Extremely Disappointed – Swollen Battery & Poor Customer SupportI bought the Ambrane 10000 mAh MagSafe Fast Wireless Charging Power Bank, expecting a reliable product from a trusted brand. But within just two months, the power bank swelled up, and the MagSafe alignment stopped working properly. It also stopped charging effectively, which makes it practically useless.I contacted Ambrane customer support and sent the product back via courier (at my own expense), as they assured me the cost would be refundable. But after two weeks, they returned the same swollen power bank claiming it was working fine. They even said:• Swollen body is normal – which is absolutely false and dangerous, as swollen batteries are a serious safety hazard.• MagSafe misalignment is normal – which never happened when the product was new.Their support team completely ignored my concerns and just sent me a video showing the charging indicator, without addressing the swelling or alignment issue.I feel cheated by Ambrane’s poor product quality and worse customer service. This power bank is now useless and unsafe to use. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying this product if you care about your safety and want good after-sales support.Waste of money and a huge disappointment!

The powerbank is pretty good, it comes with the holder and its super cool. It helps for the binge watchers a lot .

This power bank offers some useful features but comes with notable drawbacks.Pros:Supports fast charging for my Pixel and iPad.Wireless charging works with my Pixel after attaching the magnetic ring.Good product design with an inbuilt stand for mobile usage.Cons:Poor construction—magnetic ring is misaligned with the charging circle.Heats up significantly during wireless charging.Stops charging automatically after a while, even when the phone’s battery is low.Odd placement of the Type-C port, making it inconvenient to use.The provided cable is too rigid and lacks flexibility.Final Verdict: If you prioritize fast charging and design, this power bank might work for you. However, if build quality and seamless wireless charging are crucial, you may want to explore other options.

Product is designed badly. Heats up the phone. Power bank doesn't align with the phone properly.Doesn’t work as a stand only mode. As soon as phone is attached it will start charging. You don’t want to charge the phone every minute! To protect the battery health it’s important to discharge and charge.Power bank will discharge itself in the process. And when you actually need it it’ll be out of juice.10000mah is not enough to charge phones with 5000mah battery twice, because of energy loss due to wireless charging. Where as similar size and weight 20000mah battery will charge your phone 4 times over.It’s a novelty, and the value ends there.I would consider buying a wireless charging stand and stick to using wired charging from 20000mah power bank.
