I personally think these are the best vitamins I have ever used or come across. I have the MTHF Gene deficiency, as well as 2 others and these gave me my energy back. I was having twitches and spasms that I thought was early signs on Parkinson and turned out to be folic acid. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to do vitamins. This has so many vitamins its like taking a whole set in one pill.

This seems like a pretty good Probiotic supplement. It has a good mix of specific probiotics. I picked this up a few months ago when I had to use an antibiotic for a couple of weeks. I figured that it might help keep my gut biome populated. Though, upon further research, there seems to be some disagreement whether it's a good idea to take a probiotic in such a case. Nevertheless, it didn't seem to hurt me to take it. I actually didn't experience much digestion-related disruption while taking the antibiotic and this probiotic. I didn't experience any noticable negative side-effects.
