Works well.
This spray works well. It doesn’t smell bad. I’ve used it several times and bug aren’t biting me.

Works fine
My son gets lots of mosquito bites. We tried this in hopes it would work better than other products we've tried. After several trials, we've decided it works about the same as others. Seems to be somewhat effective, but not completely. So better than nothing, but not magic.

For all ages
This bug bite itch relief came in handy over the summer. It seemed to me like there was more activity this summer, so I used this product quite often. I do have some left over to use next season. It is perfect for use by all ages!

Thick, sticky gel. Smells great, but did not do a whole lot.
This anti-itch gel comes well sealed in a pump-top tube. Took a few priming pumps to get it started, so many I honestly thought it was broken. The gel is very thick and sticky. After rubbing it into the skin, the area, and my hands, were tacky. Seemed to get better after a few minutes when the gel dried, but I still had to use a napkin to wipe my hands. The gel smells nice--clean crisp peppermint scent to it. That would be due to the peppermint oil, which is the main source of the 'soothing' claim of this gel. The menthol in mint helps with itching and irritation. Nothing else in this gel has an anti-itch property to it--just some preservatives and components that make up the gel. I experienced almost no relief from an itchy bug bite on my arm, but the scent did keep bugs from coming back for a second round of bites (mint is a bug deterrent). It is a well made product, it may work for minor irritations, but I need more.

It works for us!
I keep this item in the fridge out of the reach of my daughter. When she gets bit by mosquitoes, she swells up really badly and gets a hard lump. We use this "medicine" straight out of the fridge and it helps her feel better and the swelling to go down. Bit pricy, but for me is worth it.

Cooling effect to help distract from the itch
This is a good thing to offer kids when bug bites are bothering them. The peppermint gives you a nice cooling effect on the skin with no strange chemicals. It's not going to do much to the bug bite itself, but it will provide some nice short term relief.

Itch relief NOT Prevention
This Hydrogel - itch relief is a great option for soothing itch and burn relief from Dr. Nice. It is a great nontoxic product designed for any age. The idea is to create a safe moisture barrier over the bite or injury. The word hydrogel is a new type of product created in the last 10-15 years. There is a lot of online research and information showing potential benefits and differences from sprays, creams, and ointments. I found that this relieved general bug bite itching as well as discomfort from a scrape or minor burn. I have a lot of skin allergies and found that I had no negative effects from using this product. To be clear this is not a product designed to keep anyone from being bitten by a mosquito or any bugs. It is made to be used after a bite, scrape, or minor burn. It can be used with or without a bandaid. The dispenser is well designed and easy to use. The list of ingredients as well as expiration date and lot number was clearly marked on the container. It does suggest allowing the child to self apply. I agree as long as other products that might be hazardous are out of reach or the child is old enough to understand the difference. I think this part of the listing details should be evaluated carefully based on the situation and the child. When traveling and potentially being anywhere that has a possibility of mosquito or other types of bites I want to have this with me. The price at the time of this review is $19.99 which I think is a bit pricey. I have found that having skin issues and choosing a safe nontoxic product, in my opinion, the price reflects the ingredients used. My rating is 5 Stars. I hope my thoughts and photos help someone.
