Hallmark Keepsake Christmas Ornaments (Star Wars: The Phantom Menace 25th Anniversary Darth Maul and Sith Probe Droid), Set of 2

I purchased ALL the ornaments, however they are from different sellers... So this review is actually for for "Darth Vader". It will kinda be all inclusive of all the ornaments the as it's hard not to do so. I will leave basically the same review on the others as well, because honestly they all came basically as indicated and all worked Fantastic and each Seller should get their independent reviews. Each of my "Bottom line"'s will be ornament/seller specific. (I just don't want to have to Type very similar reviews 7 times!). I rarely do reviews but had too for this, so I'm just going to apologize now.😁Bottom line - This particular ornament "Darth Vader" Weird packaging, there was clear shipping tape literally wrapped all around the actual Hallmark ornament box, from top to bottom, not sure if Amazon or the seller did this, am thinking Amazon honestly. It clearly would not be able to be "gifted" to someone, however I'm not doing that so decided to keep it as the ornament looks and works Great! Shipping was very timely, works as I stated and shipping package well protected, great seller!Darth looks Absolutely Amazing, Great detail!Wish there was volume control, however it is only a very slight drawback.Also, you Will Need to get the power cord separately! I suggest getting the Hallmark one although there are aftermarket ones available. It's just me, I kept it all Hallmark as I saw a few reviews that had problems with aftermarket cords, could have just been the user though.However nothing to stop you from getting this at all!I was fighting cancer hard when these ornaments first started coming out and missed some of the original pricing, so some are a slight bit more than maybe they should be, check all sellers, however So Worth it!! I was 12 when the movie came out, saw it first day, first showing... This is a must have for a Star Wars Fan hands down!! The technology being used is fantastic!Each ornament that gets plugged into the chain of the power cord(sold separately) adds more dialogue that is said to the previous one/one's and so on and so on, untill ultimately there is a full 12+ minutes of dialogue and lighting interaction between ALL the ornaments AND the tree topper "Death Star"! It highlights the dialogue up until they are boarding the Millennium Falcon on the Death Star, Obi-Wan and Darth Vader's duel. All Original movie voicing and music is used! (If you didn't know all of this already.) (Also, If you haven't, look up a YouTube vid. on these!)I didn't actually buy this "set" for our tree, although it does have very sturdy hangers on all the ornaments to use as intended. As a Star Wars fan it will be displayed in our hutch, it's that impressive! All ornaments, as well as the tree topper, have have four "feet" to be able to sit on a shelf, in a hutch, etc..The lighting on the ornaments are multi-colored and colors change and correspond to each character when a specific character it talking, even when there are two characters in one ornament. When static, there is constant illumination on the base with the character color and two led lights that shine up from the base to illuminate the ornaments character/characters as well.Really can't emphasize how cool these are!Overall, again, Impressive, Most Impressive!😉

This is a great ornament. The only problem is the size as the tree cannot support it. Great detail and motion. Glad it takes batteries and not a cable.

Another great ornament from Hallmark. I did think it was from the store tellers edition, but when I opened it was self contained and runs on a battery. Its still a pretty cool ornament.

This is so awesome ~ Jabba’s mouth actually moves when you make him talk - his chest moves with his breath and his eyes blink!! He says something in his language and afterwards his little fiendish friend Salacious B. Crumb laughs! I gave it to a family member who is a BIG fan and he got the biggest kick out of it! Built to last - made me happy to gift it. It works better than I expected it was going to, way more detailed - and it was an awesome gift. Really fun!

This is so freaking cool! His mouth moves, eyes blink, and tummy moves like it's breathing! I had to hang it on 2 branches and use branches underneath to stabilize it because it's a little heavy, but this is, BY FAR, the coolest ornament I have purchased so far. We have now decided that our tree has to be all starwars ornaments. So happy with this!

I never thought I would order a Hallmark ornament from Amazon (many orders being poorly packed and damaged). The item was shipped in a box (I was expecting an envelope), and arrived in perfect condition…better than if I had purchased it in the store. Incredible ornament with electronics and sound. Super way to celebrate the anniversary of Return of the Jedi.

My husband is a huge Star Wars fan and loved it. Awesome Christmas ornament and collectible. Also the price was great!

This is a very cool ornament. The animation in the sound is pretty awesome.
