I'm a bigger guy, and this chair is perfect for me. It's large, sturdy, comfortable, and easy to assemble, and I like that the armrests can raise out of the way if I want a little extra space. The seller is fantastic as well, working with me to quickly and easily resolve an issue with one of the arms.Highly recommended; I've bought several chairs off of Amazon and this is by far my favorite.

I needed new chair and so I purchased this one. The comfort level is not what was advertised as the seat is a bit hard for me. The chair is very well made, the seat is wide enough, though not quite long enough for me. But it is extremely well made and heavy duty. Others who have used the chair find it is just fine for them and they like the feel.

I would rate this a 0 if I could. In both the picture and video it shows that the chair rocks from 90 to 120. This incorrect this chair does not rock at all as the picture or video. I will say this it is a comfortable chair but i purposely bough this chair to be be able to rock or lean back.

...Unfortunately, that's about the best I can say for it. Also, it was packaged well for shipment, and arrived undamaged and unblemished. Assembly was annoying, but I've never put an office chair together that wasn't (and I've assembled a fair few over the years). It wasn't more difficult than expected. The real problem comes when you sit in it.First, while the chair may be rated for 500 lbs., and it feels very solid... the padding on the seat is clearly not rated for 500 lbs. I make this judgment by the fact that I weigh half that, and this chair makes my butt hurt after less than an hour. I am constantly shifting position to keep from being in pain.Further, the cover fabric is highly annoying. Okay, it's fake leather; it's not supposed to be super-great. But most fake leather is smooth to the point of being slippery. This material has *just enough* texture to be really, really annoying. You don't slide easily in the chair to shift your position (which, as you'll recall, I said you have to do frequently to remain comfortable). The feel of it on the armrests is unpleasant, at least to me. I'm already considering making a cloth cover for the chair to make it feel better against my skin and to improve the ability to shift positions.And finally, the recline feature is a joke. It only reclines about 30 degrees to begin with, which isn't nearly as much as it sounds like... and the recline-tension spring is so tight that, even after setting it to its loosest position, I cannot recline in this chair without using my feet to keep myself reclined by pushing off against the floor. Even putting my hands over my head does not allow me to stay reclined by itself.Ultimately, it's a chair. And yes, it will allow you to sit in one place, and it will (probably) not break beneath you. But don't expect anything beyond that.

This chair was exceptionally easy to assemble with well written and illustrated directions. I only needed a second pair of hands to hold the back steady while I screwed it together.The chair itself looks fantastic. The cream color is very attractive. It is cushy and comfortable. I am 4'11 and 300 lbs so finding a chair that works for me is difficult. I feared the big and tall chairs would leave my feet dangling. It not only sits low enough for my height, but it is sturdy and the pneumatics do not give under my weight.Another thing I like is that the arm rests sit low enough that I can pull the chair under my desk and get close to my screens. They are not adjustable up and down, though.Overall, this is a great chair and worth the price.
