This ab roller is perfect. It got two wheels comfy foam handles and rolls smoothly and it is sturdy. It's small, light, perfect for home workouts, and good for beginners and intermediate users.

The rubber on the rollers isn’t durable, and the iron rod they use is already showing signs of rust. Additionally, the grips provided are made of poor-quality plastic or rubber bands, which makes it uncomfortable to use. Even the mat provided is short and of low quality.Overall, this is a disappointing product, and I would not recommend it to others.
