This solved my nose bleeding issues. I use it against dryness and it stopped my frequent nose bleeding within 2 days. Will definitely purchase again!

I was so happy to find this product, after finding other saline products too salty or spraying too much at a time, so they irritated my nose. I don't use it for rinsing I just want a tiny little squirt to hydrate my mucous. I don't blow my nose after, usually, or I risk losing all my mucous and I think I just don't make enough. This seems to be the right formula and pressure to do what I need. tapping the button as briefly as possible just adds a little moisture back where nose meets sinus. It works great to make the skin in there happier, so the swelling calms down and air can flow. I had tried several steroidal nasal sprays which require a prescription, are expensive, cause nosebleeds... This spray has none of those downsides, and it clears up my blocked nose almost as effectively! I only use the steroid spray a couple times a week thanks to this, rather than a couple times a day before. After buying my third bottle I realised I had never checked if the bottle contains latex! I'm only mildly allergic but the drs say if you get exposed a lot your allergy will worsen so I do my best to avoid latex. Well I was just chatting with a rep at the manufacturer's homepage and no worries, the bag inside is just plastic.
