I would rate no stars. This is not azelaic acid. The ingredients list is shocking. They’ve thrown half a chemist’s cupboard in one tube. Salicylic acid Lactic acid Vitamin C Niacinamide Menthol Eucalyptus Horse chestnut Centella Quats and solvents Ferments basically a chemical soup pretending to be an azelaic acid cream, these ingredients should never be mixed and can cause permanent damage to your skin barrier. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Don't know if it works i used it for a month did see much difference but I did not have any outbreak either. The tube is also very small but a little does do it

Used every night for 2 weeks and now my skin is 99% better. I'm now using it every other night, definitely worth a try
