These taste good. The chewable form is super convenient and dissolves easily. These are great especially for someone like me who does not like swallowing pills. This will make you feel better if you have a cold, and prevent you from getting one in the first place. I love the strong flavor, but some people might not. In that case, buy the fizzy tablets.

Excellent & more bang for your!

Chasteberry needs to be listed more front and center. This isn't an ingredient one expects to find in vitamin c, and I couldn't figure out why my breast cysts suddenly started flaring up after I started taking this vitamin c until I looked at the ingredients. Chasteberry does affect hormones pretty strongly, and can interact with medications. You list the echinacea and the ginger on the front and in the ads on this Amazon listing, but one doesn't know about the chasteberry unless one specifically looks at the ingredients. Since it's not expected, people could have some pretty significant medication interactions or like me hormonal effects. Beyond that little detail this actually tastes very good and I think it's a very good product, but just be aware. I dropped a star just to draw people's attention.
