Best Feature: It Works!
You get what you pay for. This device isn't cheap but it's worth it, especially for hard-to-find 3x DisplayPort KVMs with support for VRR and high refresh rates.I tried a cheaper three DisplayPort KVM also claiming to have EDID support and it didn't work nearly as reliably. This one switches smoothly and promptly every time between my home gaming PC and my work laptop. I did find that this KVM is not tolerant of HDMI-to-DisplayPort adapters; the one I tried caused instability and longer switching times. But to be fair the device manual forewarned they were incompatible, and those issues persisted with another KVM as well. I don't consider that a fault of this KVM.I appreciated the inclusion of all the necessary cables, including high-bandwidth DisplayPort cables. The remote is nice but in my opinion unnecessary. If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be to move some or all of the USB ports to the rear of the device. I want my desk area clean and tidy and having cables sticking out the front of the switch doesn't help.Monitors I am using this with:1440p@144Hz, VRR1080p@165Hz, VRR1080p@120Hz, VRR

Not worth the money
Definitely not worth the money. It does switch three DisplayPort monitors and USB between two computers. It has keyboard hot-switch but it only works on the USB 2 port. If you have a higher end gaming keyboard that requires USB 3, hot-switching doesn't work. Worse, because the hot-switch attention key is the right Ctrl key, it seems to block the right Ctrl key even if the keyboard is plugged into the USB 3 port. The EDID works poorly, at best. Wholly inconsistent. It takes a few seconds for Windows PCs to sense the monitor change and the switch cannot seem to consistently provide EDID info during that time. As such, it's not much different from unplugging and re-plugging monitors. Your windows are going to be random. They are responsive to support questions. There are few DisplayPort w/EDID KVM switches out there, but there are other DisplayPort KVMs that work as poorly as this, but they are significantly cheaper. Ultimately this is a failing of Microsoft Windows automatic monitor detection.

Sticking with this after trying the low-cost options. It works.
It works really well. This is the only KVM switch that I've found that works with 3 4k @ 60 Hz Monitors between two computers. Yes, it is expensive; but it works. I tried two $100 switches with both HDMI and Display port connections and they both experienced frequent dropouts where the screen went blank while using it. Both the USB3.0 and USB2.0 ports on the front of the unit are switched when changing modes, so disregard comments that say otherwise.I'm running Windows 11 with nVidia cards (3080 and 4070). Occasionally, when I switch between computers, Windows will not recognize one of the monitors. I can either toggle power on the unit or force windows to reset graphics (WIN+CTRL+Shift+B) and the monitor is recognized. This is a small inconvenience as I don't switch systems often and something that I also experienced with the less expensive options.

This thing is refusing to show on 3 monitors.
It took me a while to get aroun to setting this up. Previous I had been using a laptop dock directly to three display port monitors and one hdmi. I wanted to ad another dock to support my new surface pro and purchased tis for easy switching; or so I thought. No such luck. No matter what I try this will not register the third monitor.Follow up, I have tested and replaced all cables, this "3 monitor" KVM will still only run two monitors. Even though connecting my monitors directly to the docks themselves will run up to four.Piece of garbage, do not buy.

Works perfectly, cable management is a shore tho
Prepared to fail as some of the reviews mentions something not working, in my setup everything worked flawlessly, 4 stars just because the USB and audio ports are exclusively on the front, which breaks the tiddiness of my desk.My setup includes> Gaming PC with 5080, and CalDigit Thunderbolt Docking station for either my Macbook Pro or Work PC. So far, everything works amazingly. Pro Tip: Make sure you get good DP cables, that seems to make the difference.

Not great, it semi works if you hard reset when switching between profiles
Between my desktop and laptop there are a ton of issues. The only thing that works 50% of the time is monitors will switch between profiles. Keyboard and Mouse port dont function at all, if you use the USB 3.0 ports instead they will work. Though they dont switch with the profile so kind of pointless. The remote comes with no instructions, it seems you could do some settings with but no instructions provided to do it. 8 keys and only the 1 and 2 key does anything. The biggest issue is switching between profiles, grab some sunglasses and prepare for a light show. Switching to profile 1 there is 1 monitor that wont work at all. Then switching to profile 2 a different monitor stops working. If you power down the switch and turn it back on wait for the 2 or 3 minute light show and the monitor will turn on.aesthetically this thing is pretty thick and the chrome front panel is not very pleasing to look at. The RGB your not able to disable. The power cable for this thing is so short so your forced to put in a really awkward position. This is my first KVM so maybe these issues are common. Not really happy with the purchase and will be replacing it.

Amazed by this piece of tech!
This is the only KVM I have been able to find which meets my needs. I have a PC with three monitors( 1 4k 144hz, 1 2k 240hz, and 1 2k ultrawide vertically). I currently have it setup for use with both my PC, work Mac laptop, and Legion Go. I did need to get a docking station for the Mac in order to connect the three monitors. After the setup, the KVM works great with any device and appreciate all the cables provided. 10/10 would recommend!!! *Just want to note that you should review the refresh rate for each resolution as it might flicker if you don't, I.e 4k 160 Hz aka overclocking is not supported.
