Comfy, cooler than stock, minor sound changes, but a great buy.
Wicked Cushions Freeze earpads, across the board, add weight to your headsets. You need to know that going into it. Whether that tradeoff is worth it to you depends on your use case (the ol' YMMV). I feel they are a nice change from stock and worth it.With the Momentum 4, the stock earpads are soft and squishy and comfy, provide a great seal and isolation (even with glasses), but are not the most breathable and become pretty hot and sweaty after a bit, especially in warmer weather. Enter the WC Freeze gel pads! I've worn the M4's with the WC pads for a few extended periods and many short periods over the course of several weeks, and they are definitely cooler and more breathable. I find them just as comfortable as the original pads, but it's a different comfort - they're firmer, but still squishy enough to get a good seal, and give your ear a bit more room in the cup. The WC Pads do affect the ANC on the M4, but only slightly - I'd estimate it's about 10% less effective with the WC pads vs. stock, so not a big difference for me, but I can see some having an issue with it in a louder environment. If it's your average office or monotonous hum sound (engine, subway, plane, etc), I'm not sure it will be noticeable. With regards to the M4's sound signature, there is a subtle overall change in the sound. First, please understand that perception of sound is a very personal thing, and for me the WC Freeze smoothed the low end bass out a little, and brought the mid bass forward a little, and barely smoothed out the top end. I also feel it slightly widened the sound stage, but that's a difficult thing to measure with closed-back, noise canceling headphones. Ultimately, it's more of a subtle change from stock that is probably more noticeable to audiophiles, but the change is less noticeable for most people that aren't reading a squig line and fussing over the Hz.

So much better than the original earpads!
These are super comfy! The ear holes (is that the right term?) is a little bigger, so it doesn't put any pressure at all on my ears. The installation process is incredibly easy, the old ear pads snap off, and the new ones snap on (good job Sennheiser!). Took less than 3 minutes to replace both sides. Just make sure you snap them on properly, cause my first go, noise cancelling wasn't working in my left ear. I just needed to push the snaps down a little harder. After hours and hours and hours of wearing my headphones, my ears aren't hot, there isn't any pressure on them, and they're far more comfy than the original. The quality feels nice, it seems that they will last a long time, and there is a nice snug fit around my ears. I've already recommended these to several friends.

Pretty comfy but takes a while to cool back down after getting warm
They are quite comfy compared to the base earpads but may not be the best for those with glasses. They do increase the bass ever so slightly due to either the better seal or thicker material. they've held up perfectly for the few months I've had them so far with no signs of any damage and are priced pretty good. Make sure they are either in open air or somewhere cool though as they start with a cooling effect, but after they absorb enough heat they will start to become pretty warm and take a while to shed said warmth.

These Are The Ones
Excellent replacement pads that are like putting little air conditioners on your ears. Super comfortable, doesn’t degrade sound quality, and keeps my ears much cooler — no sweat. Love these, and installation took all of 10 seconds.

Noticeable Difference in Comfort! Drivers are no longer touching my ears
I've been using the Sennheiser Momentum 4 as my go-to wireless ANC headphone for about a year now, and I always kind of just barely tolerated the drivers pushing up a bit against my ears as the alternative ANC headphones on the market either don't have good enough sound quality for me (really dislike how the Sony XM and Bose ANC headphones sound), or are far too expensive (I would love to daily drive a Focal Bathys but it is...$800). These pads are pretty spacious, so they push the drivers back enough for this to no longer be an issue! They don't seem to get as warm as the stock pads too, which is nice.Keep in mind that I do have medium-sized ears, so these pads fit me pretty well. YMMV though if you have larger ears.Generally speaking the sound seems mostly the same to my ears, with a couple of differences I've noticed:1- Soundstage actually seems to be a bit wider, I think partially due to the drivers being further away from my ears, which is actually quite nice.2- I have noticed more treble presence. I am pretty treble sensitive so this did lead to some sibilance for me on some female tracks at higher volumes, but since I can EQ down the 8kHz region in the Sennheiser app this is not a dealbreaker for my use case. This also may also be desirable for lower volume listening as it does add a bit of extra sparkle and detail. All and all I am pretty happy with my purchase! Originally got these to sort of turn my M4s into something like ANC earmuffs to put over my IEMS (Kiwi Ears Cadenza) for airplane flights or any other situation needing heavy noise reduction (3M earmuffs just take up too much space for my use case). These pads GREATLY help with that use case as they give additional room as to not push against both the IEMs and my ears, and for general casual listening I'm quite happy to have the additional comfort over the stock M4 pads.
