After doing some research I came across these and after the weight gain, hot flashes mood swings and breast swelling. I thought I would gives these a try. I purchased this product on advice from my doctor but I had to wait to take it. I have tried to start taking it but all of the pills are lumped together in a big ball. When I tried to pry some off I ruptured a pill. Very disappointed that this product would come to me like this.

I've struggled with menopausal weight gain and all the "fun" side effects that go along with this phase of life for a few years now. I work in the Healthcare field and have seen this supplement offered by physicians so decided to give it a whirl, after doing a bit of independent research. I have noticed less hot flashes and a bit more energy. It's still too soon to give a full "weight loss" review because I believe in a steady, slow loss to help attain the loss. I have reordered and am hoping to see continued results.
