This company were a pleasure to deal with! Response to messages was really quick and helpful. Bed came customised to spec I asked for, delivery was really quick. Bed was well packed, delivery driver was really friendly and so helpful. When we came to assemble the bed, everything was really easy, and I imagine I could have done this on my own. The bed itself is fab quality, and is really sturdy unlike some others on the market. I would highly recommend the company and would refer friends and family confidently. I can’t believe it was as cheap as I paid for the quality of the bed! Thank you

Product was ok for two weeks then we started having massive issues it was quiet obvious there was somthing wrong with either the frame or the mattress and after endless communication with the seller and amozon the issue still isn’t resolved and to add to the problem amozon emailed to say dispose of the bed and we would refund you within 24hours so that’s what we did and now neither amozon or bespoke bed will refund with out the bed it’s been a nightmare of an ordeal and we’ve been sleeping on the floor now for 2 weeks so I would take a wide birth from this company as between amozon and bespoke beds there’s been slow and poor communication over a faulty product pls don’t make the same mistake as me and my wife. Quality is good , but we received shortage of items, as its supposed to be storage bed , but unfortunately we didn't receive storage tools
