For years I've struggled with mild to moderate dandruff. I have REALLY long hair. Last year my dog had fleas and I was paranoid that they would jump in my hair, so I washed it with dish soap. Needless to say my dandruff was a bit out of control after that. I tried just about everything for a good month at a time: head and shoulders, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil and natural shampoo, selsun blue, baby oil, coconut oil, and baking soda. I even tried not washing as often thinking my scalp might just be way too dry. Nothing helped and some things made it worse. I was skeptical of this shampoo since nothing else worked, but I decided to give it a try. I thought that it might leave my hair too greasy like most 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioners do, but my hair feels very clean after washing with this shampoo. I've been using this for several weeks now and barely see a tiny flake. I cant remember the last time I've had this clear of a scalp. I use it every other day opposite baby shampoo, and I do follow the directions and leave it on for several minutes. I like the smell since it's pretty fresh and subtle. I am so glad to have found this shampoo. Everyone is different, but it's definitely worth it to try.

For months ive been looking for a shampoo/conditioner that will fix or help my dry scalp/dandruff problem. I tried the Wow! shampoo and conditioner and both smelt nice/fixed my issue, but left my hair dry and very hard to brush through (to a point that I had more hair on my comb and in the drain than ever before...also it was a very expensive product). I ended up switching to this TGel product and I love it so far! It helped with my dandruff and scalp, my hair was easier to brush through, and it smells great! I also use ---> Its a 10 (leave in spray), after my shower, and my hair is extra soft afterwards. Great product and at a good price!

I love that I’ve found this shampoo for my hair... I suffered my first case of eczema that I’ve seen others suffer but had not yet personally experienced after going through a ton of different shampoos and treatments the Neutrogena line of hair care really cured my condition and after my scalp started healing I started to use the daily care shampoo which I trust to help me not to have this happen again. This shampoo is in all of my bathrooms now for myself and guests if it is needed. This shampoo truly works for everyday hair care...

it is great for controlling dandruff and your hair will look great in first use but after second use it weighs your hair down so much that you hair starts to become dull, lifeless and it is because of the non-soluble silicone in it (dimethicone is not water soluble). I wish high quality silicone ( water soluble ) was used, unfortunately i cannot continue using it everyday.

First off, I'm a guy. Not sure if that matters, but based solely on walking through the women's hair aisle, it sure seems like there's a lot more going on there. So take this review with a grain of salt.I've been using this for about a decade now. I have dry scalp that can get pretty bad, and before I used this, I went through every shampoo under the sun to find something to calm it down. Normal shampoos, moisturizing shampoos, shampoos that smell like tar - none of them worked consistently. And some of them smelled like tar, which meant that not only did my scalp itch, but also it smelled like tar.Enter this shampoo. It's been so long since I started using it that I can't remember how many days it took to start working, but it couldn't have been too much of a wait because I was young and impatient. My hair still feels soft so you're not sacrificing hair quality for your scalp. When I go on trips and forget this shampoo, it's a genuine disappointment, because it only takes a few days for my head to get itchy again. The only real drag about this product is that it usually costs like $10 in stores near me, so when I found it on Amazon for $5-6, it was the quickest Subscribe & Save decision of my life.When this product line inevitably gets axed in the distant future, please take a moment to think of me, and to reflect fondly on the ephemeral nature of our time with the things we hold dear.EDITOR'S NOTE: Also, Amazon asked me to review this shampoo on its "Thickness," so I gave it two thickness stars. It's five stars thickness for shampoo because it is exactly shampoo thickness. But there are many things thicker than this shampoo in this great world of ours, so it really only seems to be two stars compared to all thicknesses. Make of that what you will.
