I am using this door lock since 4 months no any issue. Installation done within 8 days after delivery. Excellent smart door lock with so many features. Installation was perfect and working properly. Excellent customer care service. After raise a ticket solve problem immediately customer care service is very supportive. Budget friendly item compare to anther brand with same functions. I am very happy to buying this product.

Product delivered within a day, packed well. (+) The product looks good, has enough heft, is built well. Camera is nothing to write about, but the smart lock features should work fine. (-) Raised installation request, and it has been 5 days, no response nothing. If this is the situation in Bangalore proper, what would be their sales and support!! (-) Reached out to the team every single day, except polite commitments to revert, nothing yet. (-) Returned the product on 6th day.

The product is good and easy to use. Installation provided by the company (with no extra charge) is quick and reliable. Security is great and with the log that you get on the app is also informative for the purpose of counter checking. Quality is very good it feels very sturdy and secure.
