Product arrived in bad condition
I ordered this doll for my daughter as a Christmas present. When my daughter opened the doll, the head was sunken in on the side and back and looked very deformed, she was heart broken at first. We contemplated sending it back, but after some internet research we figured out how to fix it a little bit, as our daughter really wanted the doll, so I feel like she settled for a partially fixed doll. I would not recommend this doll as the quality is not good and it looks more like a 5 dollar baby doll from Walmart than an actual reborn.
