Cool setup
I purchased these two rod and reels just to get back into fishing last minute I have not fished in over 20 years with this setup considering I have never used the torpedo style Rod it is a little bit of getting used to I suggest you use the line that comes with it I did put a 20 lb test on it and I don't know if I did something wrong but it was a disaster but the Rod and Reel Steel performed just my lack of skills I can't give this rod and reel the bad review for the price you get I'm surprised at work and it works pretty well just have a little bit of skills and you'll be okay

Collapsible fishing pole kit
Good value for the money. Reels seem sturdy. Rods are compact and travel well. The carrying case is a bit small to keep rods and reels assembled

Pole is super stiff no give at all, reel is VERY cheaply made and does not last.

Average fishing rods.
These are ok fishing rods. They are compact and easy to set up, but they are not super smooth and not sturdy. I've used them several times where they've collapsed in on me. The storage bag is nice. If you're new to fishing or want something for your kids, these would be great.

Fishing pole
My husband and son love this item. I can’t believe that it is so strong and even better than what they were expecting. The best part is that I don’t think they have used anything else then these poles since we got them.

Quality basic, no-frills, travel kit
Set your expectations right, and these are great. This has been the perfect addition for when we're traveling. I've caught numerous panfish and even some smaller bass on these kits. I'd consider them a light to medium weight kit, with an average reel. A great option for kids, or for those times when you just want to toss a few casts killing time. It won't replace a dedicates setup, but it is a great, fun travel option for those on a budget.
